The UNIFY-FIT Boot Camp is next best thing to private training. Experience the benefits of working with experience Instructors in a fun, non-intimidating, small group environment alongside your best friend or a new friend. No prior Self-Defense or Fitness experience is necessary:

The Boot Camp is structured to accommodate true beginners as well as more advanced participants. You'll use your whole body - you'll feel and flex all muscles - to burn fat, strengthen your core, and increase your endurance and flexibility!

The UNIFY-FIT Boot Camp is open to men, women and children of all ages, all fitness levels.

The UNIFY-FIT Boot Camp integrates strength training, plyometrics, sprint work, conditioning and coordination skill work, along with bag and pad work with a qualified instructor.

The Self-Defense segment of the Boot Camp will combine sport, science and art. As your flexibility, physical strength, coordination and stamina develop; participants will also notice a decrease in body fat, an increase in muscle and an overall improved sense of well-being.

DRIINKING MORE WATER PROMOTE FAT LOSS?

Recent nutritional guidelines issued by the U.S. Department of Agriculture advise people to drink water when they are thirsty. Research does not support previous recommendations that people should drink at least 8-ounces of water per day.
French researchers speculated that increasing cell water levels promotes Fat Loss. Increased water intake inhibits angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE), which helps control blood pressure and thirst. In animal studies, inhibiting ACE led to increased water intake and Fat Loss. Drugs called ACE-inhibitors combined with increased fluid intake might contribute to weight loss.
